Text search

The text search is especially suited for the article number or order number search. It searches for tools where the search parameter is contained in one of the following text fields:
  • Article number (J21)
  • Order number 2 (J20)
  • Product description (J3)
  • Standard designation (J1/J11)
You can also search for several words, which all need to be contained in one of the above fields. To do so, just enter the different words divided by spaces.
Additional specification can be archieved with the following search terms:
  • Manufacturer: With the declaration of a manufacturer name or a manufacturer code you can restrict the results to tools from this manufacturer. You can also enter several manufacturer names or codes, to find tools of one of the entered manufacturers.
  • 3D graphic: With the keyword 3D graphic you can exclude all tools which have no 3d graphic.
  • Tool class: By entering the label of a tool class you can reduce the result list to tools from this tool class (e.g. countersinking)
Because of the limited search parameter variety, the text search is only recommended in cases where you already know the article number or order number. In all other cases we recommend the parametric search or the application search.
